Nottingham Forest visit West Ham knowing they must win if they are to keep their hopes of securing a place in the Champions League alive.
The Tricky Trees currently sit three points behind fifth-placed Manchester City and six points adrift of Aston Villa in fourth.
A win would reduce that gap, with City still to play and Villa having beaten Tottenham on Friday.
Should Nuno Espirito Santo’s side lose, the best they can do is join Crystal Palace in the Europa League after the Eagles won the FA Cup on Saturday.
Read on to see how both teams line-up in East London.
