Manchester City have stormed into life against the K-League All-Stars, netting three goals inside the first 25 minutes of their pre-season friendly.
Rayan Ait-Nouri broke the deadlock in the ninth minute, latching onto a loose ball in the box after some great play from City down the right-hand side, before curling into the far corner with his right foot.
That lead was short-lived, however, with Kim-Dae Won equalising just three minutes later for the hosts.
It could have turned the momentum in the game, with Enzo Maresca potentially staring at another difficult evening after losing to Inter Milan in his debut last week.
But the Premier League side did not let the goal faze them, and instead pushed on.
Next on the scoresheet was Tiijani Reijnders, who struck eight minutes after K-League’s equaliser.
The midfielder turned and hit a first-time finish into the far corner, catching the goalkeeper out and restoring his side’s lead.
City grabbed their third 29 minutes into the contest, Divin Mubama scoring in consecutive games after bagging against Inter Milan a few days ago.
Maresca will be pleased with his side’s performance and will be expecting them to kick on in the second half in true Manchester City fashion.
