Huddersfield Town managed to end Luton Town’s fairytale in the semis of the playoffs.
The Terriers won 2-1 on aggregate as they claimed a close-fought victory in the second-leg.
Following a 1-1 draw at Kenilworth Road, Carlos Corberán‘s side defeated the Hatters 1-0 in West Yorkshire to book their place at Wembley.
Jordan Rhodes came off the bench to score the winning goal with 8 minutes remaining.

Nottingham Forest
Nottingham Forest needed a penalty shootout to get past Sheffield United.
Forest looked set for a comfortable passage to the final after winning the first-leg 2-1 at Bramall Lane.
However, the Blades managed to work their way back into the tie as they won the second-leg 2-1 to take the game to extra-time.
After no goals in extra-time, both teams needed penalties to settle it.
Forest keeper Brice Samba ended up being the hero as he saved three of Sheffield’s penalties to win it.
