Manchester United headed into the game in fairly patchy form.
The Red Devils had won two, drawn two and lost one of their last five league matches.
As for West Ham, they had a very slow start to the season but had won three in five ahead of facing United.
And, at the time of writing, the score is deadlocked at 0-0.
Manchester United started bright, but they do not look comfortable on the ball and are having a hard time breaking West Ham down.
The Hammers, meanwhile, have enjoyed some counter-attacking spells and came closest to scoring so far.
Harry Maguire, who is back in the XI due to issues with Raphael Varane and Victor Lindelof, has been especially poor and received a lot of criticism online, with just some of the reaction shown below:

Maguire looks unsure of himself when defending. Rio Ferdinand once said his QPR season was painful as players who used to be scared of him, were running at him any time they got onto the ball.
