‘Finished’: Rangers man targeted after poor first half vs Celtic

 

One Rangers man in particular has been heavily targeted after a poor showing vs Celtic.

Rangers welcomed bitter rivals Celtic to the Ibrox on Sunday and got off to a great start when Aaron Ramsey turned in Ryan Kent’s cross just a few minutes into the tie.

After this, though, Celtic grew into the game and went on to dominate the first 45. The Hoops were brought back on level terms after Tom Rogic tapped in a loose ball that was parried by Allan McGregor:


Celtic then took the lead shortly before the interval via Cameron Carter-Vickers:

And it is easy to see why, as the keeper should have done a lot better with the initial long-range shot that led to Celtic’s first goal.

McGregor then could have come for the free-kick in the build-up to Celtic’s second and also probably should have done better with Carter-Vickers’ shot.
