Barcelona-linked Alvaro Morata reveals his dream destination for summer move
Current Juventus loanee Alvaro Morata has revealed that, in an ideal world, he would return to Juventus this summer on a permanent deal.
The Spaniard is currently in the second year of a loan deal with the Turin club but remains contracted to Atletico Madrid, who have received 20 million euros in loan fees for the Spaniard thus far.
And there is a potential deal in place to see him return to the old Lady in the summer, but it would set Max Allegri and co. back around 35 million euros should the clause be activated.
Morata is certainly hoping that it will be. ‘I want to stay, but the future does not depend on me’, the former Chelsea and Real Madrid man told Spanish outlet AS [via Football Italia]. ‘Next year, if it is not possible to continue here, I will still be the first Bianconeri fan.’
Dybala exit paving way for Morata?
The arrival of Dusan Vlahovic in the January transfer window re-defined the pecking order for Juve’s forwards, and it seems as though it is Paulo Dybala who has come off worst out of the change.
The Argentine now seems set to leave the club as a free agent in the summer, with contract talks breaking down after Juve decided to reduce their offer to the forward in the wake of Vlahovic’s arrival.
