Manchester City have reached an agreement to sign winger Allan Elias from Palmeiras.
City have agreed a €37.5million (£32m) fee for the 22-year-old, with a further €2.5m in add-ons, according to The Athletic’s David Ornstein.
Allan had become a target to add to Enzo Maresca’s attack after agreeing to sell fellow Brazilian Savinho to Tottenham for £85m, with Omar Marmoush also set to move to North London.
He is City’s third signing of the summer after Elliot Anderson from Nottingham Forest and Jeremy Monga from Leiecester.
The Citizens are also poised to sign Morocco starlet Ayyoub Bouaddi from Lille for almost €95m.
Allan came through the academy at Palmeiras in Brazil, making 96 appearances for the team in all competitions, scoring nine goals and providing 12 assists.
City began the season with a 2-1 comeback win over Bournemouth on Sunday and face Crystal Palace next up on Friday.
