World Cup 2026: England venues and kick-off times

England fans won’t have to pull all-nighters to watch their team in the group stages of the World Cup following today’s confirmation of the kick-off times.

The Three Lions were yesterday drawn in Group L alongside Croatia, Ghana and Panama and the start times have now been revealed.

Thomas Tuchel’s side will open their account against Croatia – the team that beat them in the 2018 semi-finals – in Dallas on June 17 with a 4pm ET kick-off, which is 9pm in the UK.

They then travel to Boston to take on Ghana six days later, again at 9pm in the UK.

And they finish their pool fixtures against Panama in New Jersey on June 27 with the game getting underway at 10pm UK time.

Not only is it good news for England fans but also pubs with fans certain to watch the games in groups down their local.

Scotland haven’t been quite as fortunate. Steve Clarke’s side’s opener against Haiti starts at 2am UK time on the morning of June 14. They face Morocco at 11pm UK time on June 19 before the glamour clash with Brazil. That game takes place in Miami on June 24 with an 11pm UK time kick-off.

The opening game of the tournament sees co-hosts Mexico play South Africa on June 11. That game gets underway at 8pm in the UK.
