A repeat of the FA Cup final is on the cards in the Community Shield as Premier League champions Manchester City face rivals Manchester United at Wembley.

Erik ten Hag’s side shocked Pep Guardiola’s men in the final back in May and will be hoping to do so again, although it looks a tough task.

Erling Haaland has been firing in pre-season while the Red Devils have suffered several key injuries.

New signing Leny Yoro is sidelined for weeks alongside Rasmus Hojlund, while Luke Shaw is also reportedly a doubt.

City are chasing a fifth consecutive Premier League title but lost the Community Shield to Arsenal last season.

They will be looking to get their campaign off to a much better start this time.
