Genius: Andrea Pirlo told the NYCFC keeper where opponent was going to put penalty (Video)

Screen Shot 2016-03-07 at 16.59.59The New York City FC maestro has done it again!

Legendary Italian midfielder Andrea Pirlo is well renowned for his vision on the football pitch… but this clip from the opening weekend of the MLS season takes his superhuman abilities one step further.

Last year, Pirlo was seen telling his goalkeeper where Kaka was going to put his free kick and yesterday he pointed to where David Accam was going to put his penalty.

For some reason, Josh Saunders ignored the former Juventus star and elected to dive the other way, thus helping Chicago Fire pull another goal back to make it 4-3.

The Puerto Rican NYCFC keeper will be glad he didn’t concede another as Patrick Vieira’s men got their MLS campaign off to a winning start on the Frenchman’s managerial debut.

Watch a video of David Accam’s penalty below.

It's wise to listen to @andreapirlo21.
