Arsenal and Liverpool are battling to sign Bayern Munich’s Thomas Muller [Kicker]

Leading German magazine Kicker has splashed the front page of their latest edition with news that Arsenal and Liverpool are battling to sign Bayern Munich’s Thomas Muller.
Muller would clearly be an excellent addition at either the Emirates of Anfield, with both Arsenal and Liverpool qualified for the Champions League next season.
Should Kicker’s sources prove accurate, then Muller looks set to become the target of the three way Premier League tug-of-war with Manchester United also looking to pen the German this summer.
Rumours persist that Muller is one of many Bayern Munich stars who are unsettled under manager Pep Guardiola.
That said, earlier this week Bayern’s honorary president Franz Beckenbauer said the:
Regarding Thomas Müller, FC Bayern should fight [to keep him], if he actually has plans [to leave for Man United]. Bayern must do everything possible to keep Muller. Only if he refuses categorically to stay, would we have to find another solution.
Thomas Muller has scored 25 goals and claimed 14 assists in 49 competitive games this season.
