We’ve got to find our mojo – Lamar Jackson calls for Baltimore improvement

Lamar Jackson has called on the Baltimore Ravens to find their “mojo” after they slumped to 0-2 following Sunday’s surprise 26-23 defeat to the Las Vegas Raiders.
Having reached the AFC Championship game last season, the Ravens were earmarked as the team most likely to challenge two-time defending champions the Kansas City Chiefs.
But they have been slow out of the gate this year, and successive hard-luck defeats to the Chiefs and the Raiders have seen them slip to 0-2 for the first time in nine years.
Star quarterback Jackson, who was 21-of-34 for 247 passing yards with one touchdown against Las Vegas, said: “We’re gonna see. I’m going to talk to my guys. We’ve got to find our mojo.
”We’ve got to find [it], and do what we do, because that’s not us at all.
“I’m not used to being 0-2. [We’ve] just got to catch our momentum and get it started right away.”

Things could get worse before they get better with the Ravens’ next two games being tough assignments against the Dallas Cowboys and the Buffalo Bills.
Coach John Harbaugh is adamant, however, that there is no need for panic.
He said: “We’re not going to be defined by everyone that’s saying we’re not any good, [or] that the season is over after two games.
“That’s what’s going to be said, and we understand that, but they’re not here; they’re not inside. No one inside is going to say that. We know that we’re a good football team, and we’re going to go keep getting better and better and better and define the season by the way we play.”
