The Los Angeles Rams travel east in Week 3 to take on the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday. Both teams enter the matchup unbeaten, setting up one of the early marquee clashes of the NFL season.
Philadelphia (2-0) have wasted no time proving their contender status. Nick Sirianni’s team edged division rivals Dallas Cowboys in a 24-20 thriller before holding off the Kansas City Chiefs in a Super Bowl rematch, grinding out a 20-17 win capped by the now infamous tush push.
Quarterback Jalen Hurts once again delivered in crunch time, a familiar theme in his young career.
Los Angeles (2-0) have been just as efficient. The Rams started the year with a hard-fought 14-9 victory over the Houston Texans before flexing their offensive firepower in a 33-19 win over the Tennessee Titans.
Matthew Stafford has looked sharp, and second-year receiver Puka Nacua has quickly emerged as one of the breakout stars of the league.
Hurts has been nearly flawless to start the campaign, throwing for 253 yards with a 75.6% completion rate while adding three rushing touchdowns. Saquon Barkley leads the rushing unit, tallying 148 yards and two scores across two games.

On defense, linebacker Zack Baun has been everywhere, posting 15 tackles (11 solo), while the unit as a whole has collected two sacks and a pick.
Veteran quarterback Stafford has been in fine form, connecting on 71% of his passes for 543 yards with three touchdowns against just one interception.
On the ground, Kyren Williams leads the way with 132 rushing yards and a score. Out wide, Nacua has hauled in 18 receptions for 221 yards, while Davante Adams adds a proven threat, catching 10 passes for 157 yards and a touchdown.
Defensively, linebacker Nate Landman tops the chart with 18 tackles, while safety Kam Curl has chipped in 17 stops, 13 of them solo.
Rookie pass rusher Byron Young has already made an impact, recording three sacks as part of a front seven that has produced eight in total, plus one interception.

Both sides have shown grit in close contests and efficiency in moving the ball, but Sunday will provide the first real measuring stick of where they stand among the NFL’s elite.
