Thiago Silva’s wife provides update on Chelsea future
The veteran has no plans to take his talents elsewhere any time soon
The partner of Chelsea star Thiago Silva has, on Sunday, provided a brief insight into the defender’s future in west London.
And the news will no doubt come as a source of relief for all associated with the Blues.
The subject of Brazilian international Silva’s future has come back to the fore at Stamford Bridge over the course of the last couple of weeks.
This comes as the 38-year-old inches towards the conclusion of his current terms in the summer of 2023.
In turn, it has been suggested in the media that Silva could be on the move, with Italian champions AC Milan allegedly keen on a reunion at San Siro.
If the aforementioned comments on the part of Bella Silva are anything to go by, though, then the Chelsea faithful need not fret.
Speaking on Sunday night, Belle Silva had the following to say regarding her husband’s future:
“We don’t have any plans to leave Chelsea, we are really enjoying it here and Thiago still has a contract”.
