FIFA Best Awards 2025: Full list of winners as Dembele repeats Ballon d’Or triumph

Paris Saint-Germain’s Ousmane Dembele, Barcelona’s Aitana Bonmati and Manchester City goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma have been named among the winners at the FIFA Best Awards 2025.

Dembele followed in the footsteps of the likes of Vinicius Junior, Lionel Messi, Cristiano Ronaldo and Robert Lewandowski by winning the men’s category.

The coaches and captains of every men’s national team, fans and journalists voted in the awards, which were announced at a ceremony in Doha.

Paris Saint-Germain accounted for six players in the Best Men’s side, with Barcelona supplying two.

FIFA Best Men’s coach 2025

Luis Enrique, who guided Paris Saint-Germain to their first Champions League title, was named Best Men’s Coach, with legendary French boss Arsene Wenger making the announcement.

Javier Aguirre (Mexico), Mikel Arteta (Arsenal), Hansi Flick (Barcelona), Enzo Maresca (Chelsea), Roberto Martinez (Portugal) and Arne Slot (Liverpool) were also nominated.

Four England and seven Spain players were named in the 2025 Best Women’s team.

FIFA Best Women’s coach 2025

England manager Sarina Wiegman, who guided her team to a second successive Euro triumph this year, was named Best Women’s coach.

“Thank you to the FA for their continued support for me and the team,” said the Dutchwoman. “This award is actually for players and staff.

“We’ve showed so much conviction, belief and togetherness that led us to our second Euro win.

“Moving into 2026, let’s keep pushing the women’s game forward together and create an environment for every player, so they can reach their full potential.”

Sonia Bompastor (Chelsea), Jonatan Giraldez (Washington Spirit/Lyon), Seb Hines (Orlando Pride) and Renee Slegers (Arsenal) were also nominated.

FIFA Best 2025 goalkeeper awards: Donnarumma, Hampton

Chelsea and England’s Hannah Hampton and Manchester City and Italy’s Gianluigi Donnarumma won the goalkeeper awards, having also both triumphed at the Ballon d’Or ceremony in October.

FIFA Best 2025 Puskas Award: Santiago Montiel

Independiente winger Santiago Montiel won the Puskas Award for an overhead kick from outside the box against Independiente Rivadavia in May.

FIFA Best 2025 Marta award

Orlando Pride and Mexico winger Lizbeth Ovalle won the Marta award for a scorpion kick goal for Tigres against Guadalajara.

Fifa Best 2025 Fair Play Award

Dr Andreas Harlass-Neuking, who is the team doctor for German club SSV Jahn Regensburg, won the Fair Play Award for resuscitating a fan before a 2.Bundesliga match last April.
