That’s according to Pietro Balzano Prota on Sunday night.

Pietro Balzano Prota is a director at Italian outlet Radio Rossonera, while he’s also a contributor to Sport Mediaset.

He’s claimed that an “agreement” between Man United and Sporting CP “has been reached”.

Moreover, fans have been told that Bruno Fernandes is “very close” to joining Man United.

Prota has also defended his updates on Bruno Fernandes and Man United against detractors on social media.

Who is Bruno Fernandes?

24-year-old Fernandes is in demand this summer after an outstanding campaign with Sporting CP.

In the league, Bruno Fernandes scored 20 goals and chipped in with 13 assists in 33 games.

Bruno Fernandes also scored three goals in the Europa League and another six goals in the Taca de Portugal.
