Leicester 0 – Man United 1
Marcus Rashford’s ninth minute goal against Leicester earned Man United the points.
The Red Devils are fifth in the Premier League following their 1-0 win at the King Power Stadium.
Chelsea are just two points above United in the table.
As for Leicester, they are down in 11th following Sunday’s defeat.
Nemanja Matic can play vs Fulham
One of the big talking points after Man United’s win at Leicester was whether Nemanja Matic should have been sent off.
Matic was already on a yellow card when he fouled Leicester’s Harvey Barnes.
The Serbian midfielder caught Barnes above his knee in a nasty challenge in the second half.
Matic raked his studs down the right thigh of the 21-year-old, leaving the Foxes’ midfielder in a heap on the ground.
Incredibly, referee Mike Dean awarded a free-kick to Manchester United following the incident.
It’s been confirmed on Monday that Matic will not be subjected to any retrospective action for his tackle on Barnes.
To be clear, Matic will be available for selection next weekend when Man United travel to Fulham.

Why Nemanja Matic won’t be banned
ESPN have delved into the reason why Matic has escaped a ban:
Sources have told ESPN FC that referee Mike Dean saw the incident at the time and the FA will not review the footage, leaving Matic free to face Fulham at Craven Cottage on Saturday.
For the record, Matic has been booked four times for Man United this season in the league.
