Arsenal starlet spotted in first-team training before Tottenham
A highly-regarded member of the youth setup at Premier League giants Arsenal has, on Friday, been spotted in first-team training, alongside the rest of Mikel Arteta’s stars.
The Gunners, of course, are primed to return to action this weekend.
On the back of what felt a lengthy international break, England’s top-flight will take its place back on screens across the globe with a bang on Saturday afternoon.
This comes with the first North London Derby of the campaign primed to play out, when the aforementioned Arsenal welcome historic rivals Tottenham Hotspur to the Emirates Stadium.
The clash marks an absolutely crucial one amid the early-season race for both the title and top-4, with the two capital rivals, at present, separated by just a solitary point in 1st and 3rd in the Premier League table.
Those of a Gunners persuasion, in turn, were no doubt filled with delighted upon hearing of a trio of the club’s star performers being declared fit for action on Saturday:
Usual stance from Arteta in terms of injuries, wouldn’t give anything away or comment on individual players’ fitness ahead of a game.
On Partey, Zinchenko, Tierney – He just said smiling: “They are part of the team.”

In addition, a breakthrough academy starlet was pictured playing his part alongside the club’s senior stars.
The player in question? Matt Smith.
Midfielder Smith has already turned heads across the English capital this season, having been afforded a place in Arsenal’s Europa League group stage squad.
And, if his latest efforts at London Colney this afternoon proved sufficiently impressive, the 21-year-old could go one better this weekend, in taking his place amongst the substitutes for the most highly-anticipated outing on the Gunners’ annual fixture list.
Matt Smith trained with the first-team today. U21s are also playing tomorrow against Liverpool so there could be a chance for other players at that level if Smith is on the bench for the first-team.
