It’s a battle down at the bottom end of League Two this weekend as Hartlepool United aim to get back in the win column against a Harrogate Town side looking to do the exact same down in 19th.
After constant fears of relegation for the two clubs, they have massively improved their form. Hartlepool are coming into this one after slipping back to losing ways, however, with a narrow 1-0 loss to Bradford City.
On the other hand, the club also managed to beat Rochdale in a 2-1 win on Boxing Day, and in also beating Crawley Town 2-0 in early December, Keith Curle’s side are up into 21st.
As for Harrogate, they also beat Rochdale away from home in December but smashed them 4-1 in contrast to Hartlepool’s narrow win.
A 3-2 win over Grimsby Town for Simon Weaver’s side continued their high-scoring trend, with them now moving into 19th in the League Two table.
