Kylian Mbappe has been at the heart of Real Madrid’s attack as they lead third division side Talavera in the Copa del Rey.
The Frenchman was at the heart of Los Blancos’ opener, converting from the penalty spot to ease the nerves slowly rising inside the away camp.
Talavera had been giving a good account of themselves, and even threatened to take the lead a couple of times, before Mbappe’s strike.
He was then at it again for another goal just before half-time.
From a throw-in, the former Paris Saint-Germain star dropped his shoulder and let the ball run past him, sending a defender the wrong way in the process.
He then fired the ball across the goal, with it coming off an opposing defender and into the back of the net.
It gave Madrid a two-goal advantage and some breathing room heading into the interval.
