Wolves v Newcastle: Confirmed line-ups as Andre comes in for rejuvenated hosts

Wolves will look to extend their four-game unbeaten run when they host Newcastle this afternoon.

Rob Edwards’ side have put together a decent sequence of results – draws against Manchester United and Everton and a first win of the Premier League season against West Ham, as well as an FA Cup victory over Shrewsbury – but still look destined for relegation.

They start the day 15 points from safety but another win would spark hope of creating the greatest escape act in top-flight history.

Newcastle arrive at Molineux on the back of an EFL Cup semi-final, first leg defeat to Manchester City.

Eddie Howe also has defensive issues with several players out. He claims his hopes of bolstering the squad are being hampered by Profit and Sustainability Rules despite the Tyneside club splashing out over £200million in the summer on the likes of Nick Woltemade, Jacob Ramsey, Yoane Wissa and Anthony Elanga.
