West Ham vs Sunderland team news: Confirmed line-ups as Paqueta and Xhaka miss out

West Ham will look to make it two Premier League wins from two when they welcome Sunderland to the London Stadium.

The Hammers ended a 10-game winless run at rivals Tottenham last week and will have their tails up ahead of the visit of the Black Cats, whose impressive return to the Premier League has stumbled slightly of late.

Regis Le Bris’ side have won just won of their last six, although that victory also came in their last game when they beat Crystal Palace 2-1 at home. They are winless in six on the road but remain well in the race for European football next season as they sit ninth in the table.

Things are not so good for the Irons as they remain in the bottom three, but a win would take them within three points of Nottingham Forest ahead of their game against Brentford on Sunday.

Check out all the confirmed team news for the Premier League’s Saturday early kick-off in East London.
