Premier League giants Liverpool have released their new Adidas third shirt as part of the club’s kit for the 2025/26 Premier League season.

Familiar sponsors Standard Chartered feature on the front of the shirt, which was announced in a video with the help of 2024/25 Premier League top scorer Mohamed Salah and new £125 million British-record signing Alexander Isak.

The sea-green shirt includes the Adidas Originals Trefoil for the first time in almost 35 years and is inspired by Liverpool designs from the 1990s and early 2000s.

Goalkeeper Alisson, captain Virgil van Dijk and midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai are among the men’s players also involved in the launch.

Liverpool third kit 25/26: When will it be worn first?

Liverpool’s men’s team will wear the new 2025/26 third shirt for the first time when they visit Burnley on September 14 (14:00 BST / 09:00 ET / 06:00 PT).

The women’s team, who compete in the Women’s Super League, will wear the kit for the first time at Sheffield United on November 22.

The shorts are white with sea-green detailing and sea-green socks and a classic LFC crest, used between 1987 and 1992, adds to a “heritage feel”.

How to buy Liverpool 25/26 third kit

The kit is available from Liverpool’s online shop and superstore. Authentic and replica versions are available, with the latter worn by the players.

Long-sleeve and short-sleeve versions are available, as is an all-black goalkeeper kit, training range, fashion wear, hats and accessories and “bold” LFC Gazelle trainers.

How much does the 25/26 Liverpool kit cost?

The women’s and men’s replica shirt is £85, while the authentic versions start at £120, with personalised or player names and numbers available at an additional cost.

Youth shirts start at £60, while a baby kit is available for £40. The shorts cost between £30 and £45.

Goalkeeper shirts start at £60 for youths or £85 for adults.

Liverpool home kit 2025/26

The six-time European champions’ red home kit was launched in August and marked the end of the club’s partnership with previous manufacturers Nike.

Liverpool said the start to their 10-year deal with Adidas had been record-breaking, selling more home and away kits in the first month after release than ever before.

Liverpool away kit 2025/26

Liverpool’s away kit was launched at the same time as the home design and has an off-white base with bold black and red detailing.

The club previously partnered with Adidas between 1985 and 1996 and 2006 to 2012, winnng three top-flight titles and the FA Cup three times during those periods.

Van Dijk, Salah, Curtis Jones and Ceri Holland were part of an Alice in Wonderland-inspired launch video for the home and away kits, joined by club legends including Sir Kenny Dalglish, Ian Rush, John Barnes, Robbie Fowler and Jamie Carragher.

Via Now TV, Sky Sports costs £14.99 for a day membership, £26 a month for a six-month membership or £34.99 a month with no contract.
