Fulham 2-1 Tottenham: Report, result, goals from Premier League 2025/26

First-half goals by Harry Wilson and Alex Iwobi gave Fulham three consecutive wins in all competitions with victory over a Tottenham side whose 13th defeat of the season worsened their relegation fears at Craven Cottage.

Wilson struck from Oscar Bobb’s cross to give the Cottagers a seventh-minute lead, although the visitors were aggrieved not to have been awarded a foul following a Video Assistant Referee check on Raul Jimenez’s push on Radu Dragusin.

Alex Iwobi exchanged passes with Wilson on his way to scoring a stylish second from distance 27 minutes later, with Richarlison replying by heading in unmarked from Archie Gray’s cross 21 minutes after the restart.

The result lifted Fulham to ninth, while Spurs are four points above fourth-bottom West Ham and without a domestic win since December 28.

Analysis: Why Fulham deserved win against Tottenham

The nature of Wilson’s goal was particularly aggravating for Tottenham because forward Randal Kolo Muani had a goal questionably ruled out in similar circumstances during their defeat to Arsenal last Sunday, having been adjudged to have pushed Gabriel.

Fulham’s domination until Richarlison’s goal, though, was as worrying for Tottenham fans as their 4-1 thrashing by the Gunners, with new interim coach Igor Tudor showing few signs so far of stopping their slump.

Guglielmo Vicario produced an excellent save to prevent the productive Emile Smith Rowe from making the scoreline 3-0 and the goalkeeper advanced in vain for a corner as Spurs pushed for parity during added time.

“Spurs may have their complaints about Fulham’s opener, but they should have been [out of contention] by half-time,” former England goalkeeper Rob Green told Sky Sports.

“Spurs did not create anything of note in the first half and you have to say Fulham were deserved winners.”

Here’s how Tottenham’s 11-match winless domestic run has played out in 2026.
