Brentford v Sunderland: Confirmed Premier League line-ups as Le Bris makes two changes

Two of the Premier League’s surprise packages clash at the Gtech Community Stadium tonight as Brentford host Sunderland.

Both the Bees and the Black Cats were expected to struggle but have defied expectations and now have their sights set on a run at a European spot.

Seventh-placed Brentford are the side in form having won three and drawn two of their last five in the league, including Sunday’s impressive 4-2 victory at Everton.

Sunderland ground out a 1-1 draw at Spurs at the weekend thanks to a much-improved second-half display capped by Brian Brobbey’s fantastic equaliser.
