Al-Nassr 3-1: Al Kholood: Ronaldo, Mane and Duran all score in routine win

Al-Nassr secured a comfortable 3-1 victory over Al Kholood in a Friday night performance at home.

The match saw early fireworks from Cristiano Ronaldo, who opened the scoring in the 4th minute with a superb right-footed finish from the center of the box.

Al-Nassr doubled their lead in the 26th minute when Sadio Mane converted a cross from Salem Al Najdi, slotting the ball into the bottom right corner.

Jhon Duran made it 3-0 in the 41st minute with a spectacular left-footed strike from outside the box, capping off a brilliant first-half display by Al-Nassr.

Al Kholood struggled to break through but showed some signs of life with Jackson Muleka and Alex Collado attempting shots from distance, only to be denied by Al-Nassr goalkeeper Bento Krepski.

The second half saw Al-Kholood attempt to mount a comeback, but their efforts were largely thwarted.

Nawaf Al-Boushail’s second yellow card in the 56th minute left Al-Nassr with ten men, momentarily shifting momentum toward Al Kholood. However, Al-Nassr’s defence stood up to the task with no major problems.

Al-Kholood finally found the back of the net in the 72nd minute when Ali Lajami inadvertently put the ball into his own goal, offering the visitors a glimmer of hope.

Despite their persistent attacks, including late efforts from Jackson Muleka and Zaid Al Enezi, Al-Nassr were able to see out the match.

The final whistle confirmed Al-Nassr’s 3-1 win, further strengthening their bid to make the top three in the Saudi Pro League.
