Le Havre vs Brest preview

Le Havre are at home for the first time in Ligue 1 for 21 years after the club managed to rack up a draw on the opening weekend away to Montpellier with Brest making the trip to Stade Oceane on Sunday.

Le Havre took a 1-0 lead after just five minutes on the road against Montpellier last weekend, as Gautier Lloris scored early on.

A brace from Akor Adams made it 2-1 in favour of Montpellier, but Samuel Grandsir managed to net in the 90th minute to get Le Havre a point in their first game in Ligue 1 for 21 years.

As for Brest, they got a fantastic 3-2 win over last season’s runners-up Lens at home, as Romain Del Castillo scored two penalties to give his side all three points.

Kenny Lala netted in the second half of that game too as Brest had a total of eight shots on target and had 15 shots in total.
