Girona have been in the Liga relegation zone for 12 matches but only remain in the bottom three on goal difference after collecting four points from their last available six, following up a 1-0 home win over Alaves with a 1-1 draw at Real Betis last Sunday.

“Portu’s injury has been a hard blow, but he will be with us,” Michel said before the draw at Betis. “Not on the pitch, but he will be.
“He told us so in the dressing room in a chat. He is a player with a great sense of belonging, like Juan Carlos. The team needs them and they will be with us.”
Jude Bellingham could return to Madrid’s starting line-up, having come on as a substitute against Olympiacos because the club are managing the midfielder’s load over a calf issue.
Defenders Dani Carvajal, Eder Militao and David Alaba are long-term absentees, but goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is available again, having been ill.
Centre-back Huijsen is likely to be available despite missing the game in Greece with a knee niggle. Alonso has said defender Antonio Rudiger and midfielder Franco Mastantuono are closing in on comebacks from injury.
Aurelien Tchouameni will incur a suspension if the defender or midfielder is booked.
