Premier League outfit Leicester City have, late on Friday, struck an agreement for an imminent addition to Brendan Rodgers’ squad.
The latest player set to take his talents to the King Power Stadium? Olympique Lyonnais star Tete.
For those not aware, the last 24 hours have seen the name of versatile attacker Tete take its place front and centre in the European football headlines.
This, first, came amid suggestions stemming from France that the Brazilian was in line for a move to Leeds United.

Such claims, however, were soon shut down, upon word surfacing that, instead, Tete was being eyed by another Premier League outfit, in the form of the aforementioned Leicester.
And now, late on Friday, a major development in the Foxes’ pursuit has been confirmed.
The 22-year-old, in turn, is primed to fly out to England’s east Midlands on Saturday morning, to undergo his medical with Brendan Rodgers’ struggling side.
