Barcelona fans send collective Joao Felix message to club during Betis clash

Supporters of Spanish giants Barcelona have flooded to social media on Saturday night, to send a collective message to the powers that be at the Camp Nou.

This comes amid a full debut to remember on the part of Joao Felix.

Frontman Felix, of course, linked up with Barca late in the summer transfer window, in a loan move from La Liga rivals Atletico Madrid.

After featuring off the bench against Osasuna in the Blaugrana’s final outing prior to the international break, this evening, the Portuguese was thrown in from the off, against Real Betis.

And, safe to say, to this point in the action, he has gone on to fully justify the call of boss Xavi Hernandez.

Amid a stellar all-round individual display, Felix, first, opened the scoring in Catalunya, before a moment of ingenuity allowed Robert Lewandowski to surge through and make it two just beyond the half-hour mark.

And the Barcelona faithful, as alluded to above, have since made crystal clear their appreciation for the efforts of the club’s new attacker.

Taking to social media in their droves, Barca’s fans have lavished praise on Felix, credited with adding a new dimension to Xavi’s frontline.

Many, in fact, have gone as far as to call for the 23-year-old, even at this early stage, to be brought in on a permanent basis from Atletico:
