France begin the day as Group C leaders, above Denmark on goals for. Les Bleus were made to work hard for their three points in their opening match, which they won 2-1 against Australia in Kazan.

Peru will need to avoid defeat in order to keep their hopes alive.
Ricardo Gareca’s side were beaten 1-0 by Denmark in their Group C opener in Saransk, with Yussuf Poulsen netting the only goal of the game. Christian Cueva skied his penalty kick, a miss that ultimately cost his side a point.

Djibril Sidibe missed the Australia match through injury and is hoping to come back into contention for Thursday. The Monaco right-back is set to replace Benjamin Pavard in the eleven.
Benjamin Mendy could come in for Theo Hernandez at left-back, while Blaise Matuidi is expected to get the nod ahead of Corentin Tolisso in midfield.
Olivier Giroud could start up front, with Ousmane Dembele making way.
