The Lakers win again while Zion Williamson reminds everyone just what he can do.

NBA legend LeBron James scored 33 points and collected 17 rebounds as the Los Angeles Lakers won their fourth straight game, holding off the Minnesota Timberwolves 111-102.

Austin Reeves added 23 points and new signing Luka Doncic had 21 points and 13 rebounds to help the Lakers improve to 14-3 since January 21st.

Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards was ejected after picking up his second technical foul and threw the ball into the stands. If both technical fouls are upheld, he will be suspended one game for picking up 16 technicals this season.

Edwards, who is fourth in the league in scoring at 27.3 points per game, had 18 points.

The Lakers sit top of the Western Conference Pacific, leading the LA Clippers and Golden State Warriors.

Elsewhere, New Orleans Pelicans star Zion Williamson scored 27 points, and picked up 10 rebounds and 11 assists for his first career triple-double in the 124-116 win over the Phoenix Suns.

The Pelicans have struggled this season, with Williamson missing two months with a hamstring injury, but when fit he remains a class act.

“It’s a reminder to the NBA, to the fans, to everybody,” Pelicans coach Willie Green said. “This is who he can be, night in and night out. That’s what we’re all striving to accomplish as a group. We’re striving to get our best player on the floor.”

“It’s dope,” Williamson said. “It’s funny, there have been so many times when I felt it could have happened, but I never forced the issue. Tonight, my teammates were like ‘No, you’ve got to get it tonight.”‘

Williamson’s big night was an encouraging moment in a tough season. Even after their three-game winning streak, the Pelicans have a 16-43 record.
