Manchester United have today launched their official away kit for the upcoming 2015/2016 football season.
The new away kit takes inspiration from some of the classic away shirts from the club’s illustrious history, including the shirts worn by the iconic Busby teams of the 1960’s.
The Red Devils now have a new kit partner having moved from Nike to Adidas in a reported record breaking sponsorship deal worth £750million.
The new white jersey has red stripes running from the shoulders down to the top of the arms, and the stripes seem to be a constant theme in the new away kit as the shirt is complemented by black shorts which also feature red stripes running down the side of them.
The new kit is set to be debuted for the first time on Friday evening when United travel to Villa Park to face Tim Sherwood’s Aston Villa side in their first Premier League away game of the season.
The Red Devils currently sit in 7th place of the Premier League table after kicking off the new campaign with a nervy 1-0 victory over Tottenham at Old Trafford last Saturday.
