Preferred to Oscar today by his manager, Brazilian midfielder Ramires had a great chance to pull Chelsea level late in the second half after Arsenal had gone ahead through a sublime Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain strike.
The 28-year-old Chelsea man somehow guided his header well wide from 8 yards out and Jose Mourinho was not particularly impressed.
