Ben White scheduled for medical

Arsenal are set to complete their fourth signing of the summer window with Ben white joining from Brighton in a deal worth around 50 million pounds.

The England international is reported to be completing his medical on Wednesday and an official announcement will follow soon after.

Bellerin’s agent travels for Inter talks

According to Gazzetta dello Sport via Sempre Inter, Hector Bellerin’s agent is expected to arrive in Italy for talks with Inter Milan.

The Spanish right-back has been touted to be leaving the Emirates this summer after joining the club as a 16-year old from Barcelona over 10 years ago.

Inter Milan sold Moroccan International Achraf Hakimi to PSG earlier in the window and are now on the lookout for a replacement.

The Spanish international fits the style of an attacking full-back that can play in the 3 5 2 system.

It is noted that an agreement on price is yet to be reached in addition as to whether it would be a loan or a permanent move. Arsenal would prefer the latter should a deal be done.

Who is Mika Biereth?

Arsenal were reported to have signed Mika Biereth, an 18-year-old youth player from Fulham.

The striker scored 21 goals in 21 games for the u18s but also chipped in with 13 assists.

This was considerably more than any of Arsenal’s under 18 strikers and will add much-needed quality to the under 18s side with Swedish striker Nikolaj Moller expected to join Viktoria Koln in Germany on loan. Folarin Balogun has since joined the first-team squad too.

Speaking to The Gooner Talk, Fulhamish Podcast contributor Cam Ramsey detailed the quality forward Arsenal had acquired.

‘In the 18-yard box he is aware of his surroundings, he instinctively knows where the goal is, even with his back towards the target. He intimidates at full tilt, and positively he isn’t selfish and he isn’t tunnel-visioned.

‘His head is always lifted, his ears are always open for the next man. And more importantly, as a striker is supposed to, he is always ready to pull the trigger too.’

Martin Odegaard expected to leave Real Madrid

Cadena Ser’s Mario Torrejon has said that he expects Martin Odegaard to leave Real Madrid this summer.

He described the Norwegian as looking ‘disconnected’ in the preseason and could be yearning to return to Arsenal.

‘I think Odegaard is going to leave Real Madrid, I’ve seen him very disconnected,’ said Torrejon.

Arsenal signed Odegaard on loan last season in January and are known to be admirers of bringing him back on a permanent deal.
