Both teams to score is 4/5.

Both teams to score and over 2.5 goals is 13/10.

Internazionale Milano to win and both teams to score is 10/3.

Lautaro Martínez is 15/4 to break the deadlock and 6/5 to score anytime.

Match preview

There was nothing to separate them in the first leg but, as these two great rivals reconvene at San Siro 49 days later, there must be a winner this time.

Seven weeks ago, these two played out a nervy, cautious goalless draw in the first leg.

A.C. Milan created almost all the chances, Rafael Leão going closest, but neither could find the breakthrough.

Inter will host this second leg but, with the away goals rule still in operation, a score draw will take Milan through.

These two are currently embroiled in a thrilling title race in Serie A.

Both won on Friday night with Inter edging out Spezia 3-1 before, later that evening, Milan beat Genoa 2-0.

This means I Rossoneri remain top, two points above their city rivals, but Inter have a game in hand which is away to 13th-placed Bologna.

Before the race for the Scudetto resumes at the weekend, both will be desperate to get through to next month's Coppa Italia Final.

I Nerazzurri are seven-times winners of this competition, but haven't been in a final for 11 years, beating Palermo 3-1 back then.

As for A.C. Milan, they lost to Juventus in the 2016 and 2018 finals, but actually haven't won the Coppa since 2003.

Who will be celebrating at Stadio Giuseppe Meazza with Juve or Fiorentina awaiting the winners?

Inter Milan team news

Goalkeeper Samir Handanovič, who's been at the club a decade, is looking to complete the set having lift the Scudetto and Supercoppa in 2021.

At the back, Stefan de Vrij came off the bench against Spezia as he returns gradually after a knee injury.

If he's not deemed fit to start, Danilo D'Ambrosio, Milan Škriniar and Alessandro Bastoni will continue as the centre-back trio.

Hakan Çalhanoğlu crossed the Milan divide last summer, before converting a penalty in the first derby of the season and cupping his ears at the Curva Sud.

Lautaro Martínez was only on the bench on Friday but could return up front, partnering Edin Džeko, with Joaquín Correa dropping out.

AC Milan team news

Milan are short of defenders with Simon Kjær, Alessio Romagnoli, Alessandro Florenzi and Matteo Gabbia all currently out.

The latter went off injured on Friday so either Davide Calabria or Fodé Ballo-Touré will partner Fikayo Tomori as a make-shift pairing.

This adds to the importance of the solid midfield trio that is Franck Kessié, Ismaël Bennacer and Sandro Tonali.

In attack, Zlatan Ibrahimović has won 32 major honours in his career, but is yet to get his hands on the Coppa Italia.

However, the 40 year old has missed the last two games with a knee injury, meaning four-time FA Cup winner Olivier Giroud will lead the attack.

The Frenchman scored a brace in the most recent league Derby della Madonnina back in February.
