Match preview

A totally forgettable season for Aberdeen will finally come to an end.
The Dons had finished second, third or fourth in each of the last eight seasons, but currently find themselves tenth ahead of the final day.
On Wednesday night, Jim Goodwin’s side were beaten again, this time going down 1-0 at McDiarmid Park against relegation-threatened St Johnstone.
This means, since Goodwin left St Mirren for Aberdeen, they’ve won just two of 11 games, set for their lowest finish in 18 years.
Thus, for the first time since 2013, Aberdeen’s campaign will not begin with European football, rather they’ll be in July’s League Cup group stages.
Will the Dons ensure they don’t finish tenth, leapfrogging St Mirren in the table with a victory?
The Saints were getting sucked into a relegation battle following Goodwin’s departure, losing seven of eight matches.
However, those fears were then alleviated when Stephen Robinson’s side won back-to-back games, beating St Johnstone and then Dundee.
The Buddies extended their unbeaten run to three on Wednesday, drawing 0-0 with Livingston, so are up to eighth, needing a win to remain there.
Who will come out on top at Pittodrie?

35 year old Andrew Considine has made 551 appearances for Aberdeen, since making his debut in 2004, but will leave the club after this game.
However, with Declan Gallagher and David Bates the first-choice centre-backs, his farewell may have to come from the bench.
Highly-rated right back Calvin Ramsey and star midfield Lewis Ferguson could also be making their final appearances in red.

Connor Ronan is currently out injured so won’t get the chance to add to his eight goals for the Buddies.
Curtis Main could continue to partner Alex Greive in attack, chosen over Eamonn Brophy.
Connor McCarthy, Marcus Fraser and Joe Shaughnessy will continue to form the back three that has been the backbone of St Mirren’s recent resurgence.
