Match preview: Team & Player Performance

Two teams in desperate need of a victory go head-to-head in Norfolk.

Norwich City's miserable form continued on Wednesday night as they went down 2-0 at the London Stadium to West Ham United.

The Canaries have now lost six successive league games, scoring none and conceding 16 in this run.

But, there is hope for Yellows' fans.

Last weekend, they did at least win a game, beating Charlton Athletic 1-0 in the FA Cup thanks to Milot Rashica's late winner.

Also, Dean Smith is unbeaten in five meetings with Everton and could become the first manager in Premier League history to beat them with two different clubs in the same season.

Another good omen could be that Norwich are unbeaten in their last five top-flight matches kicking off at 3 o'clock, including both wins this season.

More good news for home fans is that Everton make the long 208 mile journey across the country despondent and on the verge of revolt.

Last weekend, the Blues just about avoided an FA Cup exit at Hull; despite conceding 44 seconds in, Andros Townsend's extra time rocket saw them win 3-2.

In the league though, the Toffees were beaten 3-2 by Brighton in the last outing, meaning they've only won one of their last 12.

This leaves Everton down in 15th place and the pressure on Rafa Benítez will intensify further if they get beaten by the league's bottom club.
