Match preview: Wolves vs Newcastle
Wolves are yet to pick up more than a point this season after two defeats and a draw.
Bruno Lage’s side have suffered defeats against Tottenham and Leeds and were held to a draw by Fulham.
Last weekend, a Harry Kane header saw them slip to defeat at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
However, their first-half performance will have given them much encouragement as they were by far the better team.
New signings Matheus Nunes and Gonçalo Guedes were particularly impressive for the visitors.
Meanwhile, Newcastle United have been picking up points having taken five points from their first three.
They were very unfortunate not to have beaten Man City last week after going 3-1 against the champions.
Eddie Howe’s side have looked very impressive and they will definitely be pushing for a European spot this season.
