Brighton vs Wolves: Recommended bets
Under 2.5 goals. Wolves have only scored four goals in their last six matches. Five of Brighton’s last six home matches have produced fewer than three goals.
Fabio Silva to score. The 18-year-old opened his account in the Premier League last month. If recalled to the starting eleven, he’ll fancy his chances of doubling his tally against this Brighton side.

Brighton vs Wolves: Premier League preview
Brighton welcome Wolves to the Amex on Saturday.
Brighton suffered a 1-0 defeat at home to Arsenal on Tuesday, extending their winless run to seven matches. While wins have been a rarity for the Seagulls, they have been picking up points here and there with a number of draws – including one against champions Liverpool.
Graham Potter’s side have drawn seven matches this season, the most in the league. What they really need is a win, especially at home. Brighton have the 19th-worst home record and are one of only two sides yet to win a match at home.
The Seagulls begin the new year 17th in the table, two points above the relegation zone.
Wolves also narrowly lost on Tuesday, conceding a late goal in a 1-0 defeat at Old Trafford. Nuno Espirito Santo’s side have only won one of their last six matches, although they did pick up points against Chelsea and Tottenham in December. Tuesday’s defeat leaves Wolves 12th in the table on 21 points.
Wolves’ away form ranks 15th in the league, with three wins and five defeats from their eight away matches. They have lost each of their last three away matches.
Wolves have never beaten Brighton in four previous attempts in the Premier League – each of their last three meetings has ended in a draw.

Brighton team news vs Wolves
Graham Potter made six changes to his starting eleven against Arsenal although he didn’t take kindly to the media’s use of the word “tinkering”.
Saturday’s game will come too soon for Tariq Lamptey. The right-back is out with a hamstring injury but he could return for next weekend’s FA Cup tie at Newport County.
Solly March and Leandro Trossard should replace Bernardo and Alireza Jahanbakhsh respectively.
Aaron Connolly was an unused substitute against Arsenal and should get some minutes against Wolves. “Aaron has trained today which is more of a positive, we needed to give him a bit more time after he missed the West Ham game with a slight feeling in his groin”, Potter said.
Adam Lallana’s groin injury is not as bad as originally feared and the midfielder has “an outside chance” of being involved. Steven Alzate was absent against Arsenal, so Davy Propper could continue alongside Yves Bissouma in midfield.
Danny Welbeck is set to be recalled to the starting eleven in place of Alexis Mac Allister. The forward was not risked against his former club after picking up a minor knee problem against West Ham.
Robert Sanchez appears to have cemented his place as Brighton’s first-choice goalkeeper, leaving Matt Ryan’s future at the club in doubt.
Jose Izquierdo and Florin Andone are long-term injury absentees.
Wolves team news vs Brighton
Nuno Espirito Santo used a back five against Manchester United but could revert to a back four for this one.
Marcal was not in Wolves’ matchday squad last time out, but if he’s available, he should replace Rayan Ait Nouri at left-back. Nelson Semedo will replace Ki Jana Hoever on the right-hand side of defence.
Daniel Podence should be recalled to the side, with Vitinha dropping to the bench. Fabio Silva could also return to the starting eleven.
Adama Traore, who failed to score a single Premier League goal in 2020, will be hoping to keep his place out wide.
Willy Boly and Leander Dendoncker are expected to miss out once again, while Raul Jimenez and Jonny Otto are long-term absentees.
