As a result, they were promoted to English football’s top-tier at the second time of asking following their relegation from the Premier League in 2020 after finishing in 18th place. They previously stayed in the Premier League for five seasons after their promotion in 2015 and will hope they can make a regular spot in this league their own once again.
The Cherries come into this match on a run of 10 home league games undefeated and have kept a clean sheet in each of their last three league matches carried over from last season.
