Zinedine Zidane has his say on his Real Madrid future

Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has had his troubles this season and his future has been questioned but the man himself has had made his mind up.

The Frenchman was considered the best manager in Europe only last season but it hasn’t been so easy this year.

The side currently sit in third place in La Liga but they have also been fourth this season and fell to several teams they should be beating.

They were also knocked out of the Copa del Rey and Champions League glory is the only thing that could save their season.

Not only that, it could represent Zinedine Zidane’s final chance of keeping his job at the Bernabeu for another season.

A trophyless season has saw several bosses sacked in the past and the Madrid hotseat is known to be one of the most difficult in football.

Now, Zidane has made it clear that he wants to stay at the club next season.

Though, he made it clear that he knows where he is and the final decision over his future will not fall on his shoulders.

‘I would like to continue at Real Madrid next season. I like football and what I do, and I would like to continue,’ Zidane told the club’s official website.

But we already know what football is like.;”My idea is to continue as long as possible. Here everyone depends on results. It’s a club with high demands and I know where I am.’
