Yerry Mina injury update
Yerry Mina joined Everton over the summer from Spanish giants FC Barcelona.
Mina missed the start of the 2018/19 Premier League season due to injury.
However, he eventually made his league debut for the Toffees vs Brighton in November of 2018.
Since debuting vs Brighton, Mina has been a regular in the Everton backline.
Unfortunately, the Colombian would suffer yet another injury recently that has kept him out of Everton’s games with Huddersfield and Wolves.
Everton’s next game sees them take on Man City on Wednesday evening. They then face Watford this coming weekend.
Ahead of the City clash, Marco Silva gave this update on Mina’s injury:
“Let’s see in the next few days if he can start with us, let’s see if he can be able for the next match, but tomorrow no.”
Mina (foot) will miss out tonight, but he could return at Watford. “Let’s see in the next few days if he can start with us, let’s see if he can be able for the next match, but tomorrow no,” Marco Silva revealed in his City press conference. #EFC

Everton vs Manchester City & Watford
Mina being ruled out of the City game is a huge blow for Everton.
Especially given the form Man city have been in recently.
Pep Guardiola’s side are 2nd in the league but after Liverpool drew with West Ham on Monday, City can go top with a win vs Everton.
As for Everton, they are currently 9th in the league having won just two of their last five.
They are, however, only one point behind 8th place Watford whom they face this weekend.
