Alexis Sanchez hasn’t had the greatest time at Manchester United since his move from Arsenal and it could be even worse under the surface.
That is because the Chilean media have now slammed the United for the way they play as well as the lack of help for Alexis!
The forward signed in a swap deal with Arsenal, with Henrikh Mkhitaryan going the other way.
With it clear that he hasn’t been given such a free role as he did at Arsenal, the player is finding it very hard to adapt.
While we can all see the issues on the pitch, Chilean media outlet La Tercera, cited by Sport Witness, speculate on bigger issues.
They claim that the player is uncomfortable, lost and not getting the help he needs.
Not only that, they explain that his bad temper during his first few games sum up his frustration at the way Man United play.
One extract from the story is below:
‘Alexis Sanchez does not seem to find his place in Manchester. He is uncomfortable, lost, without receiving help. On his face there is no outline of joy, and his days in his new squad seem to be a nightmare.
His short passes are far from the audacity that led him to be the figure of Arsenal. His bad temper on the pitch sums up his impotence in front of a team that does not know how to find the good game.
The one who was called to be the saviour of a squad that must be protagonist because of its history, today is only noted as a crewman on a ship that remains without a clear course.’
