When Tottenham vs Fulham is likely to be played with the possibility of 4 games in 8 days
The likely reschedule dates for Spurs vs Fulham reveals the possibility of 4 games being played in 8 days.
Spurs vs Fulham rescheduled
Due to the rise in positive Covid-19 results during the last round of Premier League tests, Tottenham’s match against Fulham was postponed, with no new date having yet been confirmed.
Jose Mourinho criticised the Premier League for their last-minute decision-making, taking to his Instagram page to sarcastically call the English top-flight the ‘best league in the world.’

It appears that the earliest date upon which the London derby could be rescheduled is February 8th, however this is contingent on both clubs being eliminated in their respective FA Cup 3rd-round ties.
With the capital outfits due to take on lower league opposition, this seems an unlikely scenario. Spurs will play away to non-league side Marine, whilst Fulham face a trip to London rivals QPR.
In terms of possible dates for rearrangement, looking like w/c Feb 8 is the earliest it could be (if both teams go out FA Cup). Spurs have free midweek w/c 18 Jan, but Fulham are playing Man Utd. It hurts my head to look further #THFC

The struggle
Considering Spurs’ participation in the Carabao Cup, FA Cup and Europa League, of which all fixtures fall in the North London side’s favour (Brentford, Marine & Wolfsberger), the Premier League look set for a serious struggle to rearrange the Lilywhites’ meeting with Fulham full stop.
If Tottenham reach the Carabao Cup final, they also have to rearrange (coincidentally) Fulham v Tottenham which is due to be played April 24.
If Spurs go far in the UEL and to the FA Cup final, they will have nowhere to play TWO matches before the season deadline of May 23.

Jose Mourinho may have to face up to his side taking to the pitch 4 times in 8 days. If Tottenham go on to progress in all of their cup competitions, ESPN editor Dale Johnson believes that the Premier League may ask the Lilywhites to line out twice during one midweek stretch. This could therefore see Spurs play on Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and the following Sunday.
In short, clubs like Spurs COULD face the prospect of having to play two games in a midweek (as in September).
Sunday > Tuesday > Thursday > Sunday
And Spurs (and others) might have to do that in both April and May to get the games in.
But we may see more games off yet.

Considering Fulham, and most other Premier League clubs, are not involved in European action this season, rearranging further postponements between sides which do not play in continental competition will not be too much of an issue. Such matches can be played during Champions League and Europa League game-weeks.
With the Premier League set to finish on May 23rd, and the European Championships to follow, though, there is very little scope for postponement of fixtures beyond the division’s final game-week.
