West Ham boss David Moyes provides positive Michail Antonio update ahead of Tottenham
West Ham vs Tottenham
West Ham United will face off with London rivals Tottenham on Sunday.
The two sides will head into the matchup at the London Stadium in altogether contrasting form.
The Hammers currently sit 5th in the Premier League table, only outside of the top-4 due to goal difference.
They have also lost just one of their last five, and look well on course for a European finish this term.
Tottenham, on the other hand, despite having been considered title contenders earlier in the season, have now slipped down to 9th in the Premier League.
Spurs do boast a game in hand on most of the sides around them, but, when taking into account their recent form, it is hard to see the Lilywhites actually winning it.
Jose Mourinho’s men have fallen to defeat in four of their last five league outings, and look seriously devoid of confidence.
Ahead of Sunday’s game, meanwhile, the Portuguese provided a fitness update on Harry Kane, which you can read more about here:

David Moyes on Antonio
Elsewhere, David Moyes held his own pre-Tottenham press conference on Friday.
And, during the presser, the Scotsman revealed the latest on Michail Antonio.
The forward has missed West Ham’s last two outings due to injury.
Speaking today, though, Moyes confirmed that Antonio has a ‘good chance’ of being available to face Spurs:
“Michail Antonio has a good chance for Sunday because he has had a few days training. We’re always careful with Mick because we want to make sure he’s right, but he was close for the last game. He’s been doing more work on the training pitch and we’ll know more tomorrow.”
