Watford have this afternoon hit back at Harry Redknapp in brilliant fashion, following disrespectful comments made by the former Tottenham boss regarding their current squad.
Redknapp, who was sacked by Championship outfit Birmingham City earlier this month following just 13 games in charge, was appearing on BT Sport Score earlier today, when he insinuated that the majority of Watford’s players are relative unknowns:

“If I said to you name six Watford players, you’d probably struggle.”
The 70-year-old’s comments came following Watford’s clash with West Bromwich Albion, during which Marco Silva’s side came from two goals down to earn a credible point at the Hawthorns.
After catching wind of Redknapp’s surprising swipe, the Hornets’ social media team were keen to poke fun at the former former Spurs and West Ham boss, taking to Twitter to post the following:
😉 | Here’s 11 for you, Harry:
Gomes; Femenía, Mariappa, Kabasele, Holebas; Doucouré, Capoue; Carrillo, Cleverley, Richarlison; Deeney. https://t.co/ZRoI315kjV

Watford’s draw today means Marco Silva’s men have now moved up to 5th in the Premier League table, proving the surprise package of the English top-flight campaign so far.
They currently sit ahead of the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal, with summer signing Richarlison looking like a star in the making.
Next up for the Hornets, following the international break, are Arsenal, before they head to Stamford Bridge to take on Antonio Conte’s Chelsea.
