Will Wan-Bissaka end up at Manchester United?
Crystal Palace will reportedly not consider any offers under £50 million for Aaron Wan-Bissaka, with the defender favouring a move to Man United.
Wan-Bissaka impressed during the last campaign, becoming one of Crystal Palace’s most pivotal players at just 21-years-old.
Despite only assisting three times last season, the right-back was impressive both in attack and defence.
Wan-Bissaka actually made more tackles than any other defender in Europe’s top five leagues, with 129.
His impressive performances have now seen Manchester United make a move for the Englishman.
Now, there’s a new figure being bandied about by Sky Sports.
Wan-Bissaka to cost upwards of £50 million
According to Sky, Crystal Palace will not consider any offers less than £50 million for Wan-Bissaka.
It’s not specified whether that’s their asking price, but a £50 million bid would at least bring Palace to the table.
Sky go on to explain that ‘Manchester United had a £40m bid for Wan-Bissaka rejected by Palace last weekend and they are expected to return with a second offer.’
The big news for Man United is that Sky reveal the player favours a move to Old Trafford this summer.
That will certainly give the Red Devils hope in their pursuit of the 21-year-old.
