Vidic has United ambitions

Nemanja Vidic has explained why he won’t criticise current Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho.

Vidic things that it’s not fitting to criticise a current manager – if you have ambitions to manage the club one day.

He made it clear that being United boss was something he wants to do in the future.

It’s the first time he’s made it clear a role at United would interest him.

There are plenty of former United players with their eyes on that job.

United are poor

One thing that is clear this season is how poor United are.

Mourinho’s men certainly have a lot of work to do.

That’s only if they want to get into the top four.

The title seems a long way off and United are certainly a side who look like they’re struggling to keep up with their rivals.

Losing to City is one thing, but being so far off the top four is something that the fans are deeply unhappy with.

To fail to get into the top four could well cost Mourinho his job.
