UEFA release Europa League team of the season and it’s filled with Man United players

Manchester United feature very heavily in the UEFA Europa League team of the season after the won the tournament against Ajax on Wednesday.

The Red Devils thoroughly deserved to win the competition and it has paid dividends in the team of the season.

Man United saviour Sergio Romero features in goal as does Celta Vigo’s Sergio Álvarez, two Argentine goalkeepers.

Daley Blind, Eric Bailly and Antonio Valencia all feature in the defence while Ajax’s 17-year-old Matthijs De Ligt also features.

Ander Herrera, Paul Pogba and Henrikh Mkhitaryan all rightfully have a spot in the side.

Man United target Youri Tielemans also features in the midfield while Lyon’s Corentin Tolisso also earned himself a spot.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic heads an extremely strong attacking line with Alexandre Lacazette and Bertrand Traoré.
